Katrina is a self taught artist who resides in Lakeland, Florida. In 2015 while working for a visual artist she decided to take up drawing again after not having done so for years. Since then she's been honing her skills in her home studio with her chubby orange cat supervising.

She found that she had an affinity and love for the medium of watercolor, and in the past ten years has become very confident in her watercolor pieces. Katrina also uses ink in her illustrations, works with plaster in her sculpture art and dabbles in fiber arts like crochet and embroidery as well.

In addition to her visual art, Katrina is also a competent writer who creates poetry and short stories. She's also a bit of a self-described nerd who enjoys creating abstract and surrealist artwork that explores her deeper inner world as well as more light pieces like pet portraits, pop art and pattern illustration.

Currently she's working on pieces that explore her own mental health, childhood and trauma, love and pain, and how all of these things can be used as tools to express her inner world and connect with others.
